Saskia Art Images Collection (library database; on-campus access only)

A collection of 30,000 digital images of paintings, sculpture, and architecture, including images from many important collections: the Prado, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, the Uffizi, and the Louvre as well as archaeological sites in Greece, Italy, Turkey and Egypt.

 

CARLI Digital Collections (library database; on-campus access only)

In addition to the Saskia collection, this digital archive includes images from various Illinois institutions on subjects ranging from Pueblo pottery to Swahili expressive arts to historic photographs.

 

Art Images for College Teaching

Photos of art and architectural works with an emphasis on ancient, medieval, and Renaissance European art and architecture.
